Terms of Service

Welcome to HealthWay. By purchasing or using my coaching services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before engaging with my services.

Scope of Services

I provide health coaching services, which may include 1:1 coaching, family-wide plans, and VIP group access.

  • These services focus on lifestyle, nutrition, and wellness guidance.

  • I do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Coaching should not replace medical care from a qualified healthcare professional.

Eligibility

  • Services are available to individuals 18 years and older.

  • For in-person sessions, clients must be located within 30 km of Naas, Co. Kildare, Ireland.

  • Online sessions are available to clients within Ireland.

Packages, Payments & Pricing

  • All services are sold as packages.

  • Payments are accepted via debit or credit card (Stripe) at the time of booking.

  • Prices are clearly listed at checkout and may be updated periodically.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Full Refunds: Available if no coaching sessions have been held. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: If sessions have already taken place, refunds will be calculated based on the number of sessions used, minus a 10% administrative fee.

  • Cancellations: Clients may cancel or reschedule a session up to 30 minutes before the scheduled time.

  • Rescheduling Limit: Each package allows up to 3 reschedules.

  • No-Shows: Clients are allowed 1 no-show without penalty. Any further missed sessions without notice will count as a completed session.

Limitation of Liability

While my coaching is designed to support your health journey, your results will depend on your own choices and commitment. I cannot guarantee specific outcomes. By using my services, you agree that I am not liable for:

  • Any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use or misuse of coaching guidance.

  • Decisions you make regarding your health, diet, or lifestyle.

Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

  • Any disputes or claims will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ireland.

Updates to Terms

I may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in services, pricing, or policies. Clients will be notified of any significant updates.
